Client Care Team

We are pleased to introduce you to the dedicated client service team at Martin Veterinary Hospital!




Lissa has been with MVH since May 2010. She has worked in various positions throughout the hospital and is currently the hospital Administrator.  Lissa has completed university education with a degree in human rights & equity studies and completed post graduate certificates that specialize in mediation and dispute resolution. In her spare time she enjoys going to the drag track, cooking, baking and going to the gym.





Natalia, originally from Russia, has worked at MVH since 1999 as an Administrative Assistant. Along with her husband, she enjoys the company of her lovely cat Wolfie, who was adopted from MVH. In her leisure time, her interests include camping, exploring new places in Canada, gardening, reading and spending time with her two grandchildren.



Client Care Specialists




Daniele has been working at MVH since 2017, first working as a student in the back and currently is working as a receptionist. Daniele has also been studying biology at McMaster since 2016 and will be graduating next June.







Jennifer began working at MVH in August 2013. She has enjoyed getting to know our staff, clients and their pets. She has a cat named Brit which she adopted from MVH. In her spare time, her interests include hanging out with friends, binge watching Netflix and giving lots of love and attention to our house cats.






Karen joined MVH in August 2015 after 25 years in the financial service industry. Karen and her family have been coming to Martin’s for over 30 years. She shares her home with her husband, daughter and four furry family members – three cats and a dog. Karen loves rock concerts, walking her dog and catching up with friends, baking and Sudoku.
