What this means for you

No more trying to remember when your pet is due for something, or digging through old emails. You’ll be able to quickly see what’s coming up and what’s already been taken care of.

For things like checking a vaccine, booking an appointment, or requesting a refill, you can often handle it in a few taps instead of calling. We’re still available by phone, email, or text if you’d prefer.

How to get started

If you are an existing client, you can access Vello from the mobile app, or through a web browser on your phone or laptop. There’s no username and password to remember. Your pet’s information is pre-loaded, and Vello will authenticate you using your mobile number or email address.

If you’re unable to log in with your phone number, or you are a new client and need help setting up your account, please get in touch. We’re excited to connect with you on our new app.
